Taiwan's iron ore imports down in July

Taiwan imported 976,302 tons of iron ore in July, down by 26.6 percent from last month. Australia was the first biggest export country to Taiwan at 622,028 tons. Brazil ranked the second at 279,740 tons, followed by Canada at 74,465 tons.

Moreover, Taiwan imported about 9 million tons of iron ore in first seven months, a decrease of 7.4 percent from last month.
