Australian mining firms to reinforce cooperation with China's steelmakers

Australian mining firms have been strengthening cooperation with China’s steelmakers.Iron Clad Mining Ltd and China’s Wuhan Iron and Steel Group , the two enterprises are planning to set up a joint venture in South Australia to develop iron ore project. Iron Ore Company Gibson said that they have cooperated with China’s Shougang Steel and Hong Kong’s Asia Pacific Resources Ltd. The agreement is to cover sales of iron ore.

At the same time, The CEO of FMG from Australia expressed its aspiration to establish strategic cooperation with Hunan Steelmaker, the Hualing Group in several areas, like low-class iron ore exploration and processing.
