China’s iron ore imports soar by 40.5% in June

According to the related statistics, China’s iron ore imports totaled 37.79 million tons in June, increased by 40.5 percent or 10.89 million tons compared to the same period of last year. The import price was US$140.79/ton on average. The figure was 230 million tons in the first half of this year, increased by 22.4 percent or 42.24 million tons from a year ago. The import price was US$132.6/ton on average.
